Lady's Slipper Pincushions


I create these elegant pincushions from recycled ladies shoes and my extensive stash of velvet fabric. (I confess, I'm a fabric addict).

These wonderful pincushions are embellished with complementary trimmings to make the most of the colours and textures.

Using beads, needles and lots of imagination, I've fashioned imitation 'hat pins' to set the stage for your pins, brooches and other treasures. All the pins and other baubles you see on each pincusion are included.  

I had great fun making these.   Wouldn't you enjoy seeing one on your dresser every time you walked by?
